Booking to Shoot Day
After you complete your booking, our operations team begins working immediately. A qualified, FAA-certified operator in your area is assigned within 24 hours. You receive a confirmation email with your operator's name and contact information. For standard bookings, shoots are typically scheduled within 2-5 business days of booking, depending on your preferred date and local operator availability.
If your project requires specific timing — early morning light for east-facing properties, midday for overhead construction documentation, or golden hour for cinematic video — communicate this during booking and we will match you with an operator and time slot that meets your creative requirements.
The Shoot Process
On shoot day, your operator arrives with professional-grade equipment and follows a structured capture protocol based on your package and add-ons. A standard real estate shoot takes 60-90 minutes, including setup, aerial captures, ground-level photography, and any interior work. Construction documentation visits typically run 45-60 minutes. Marketing and commercial shoots vary based on scope but are carefully time-managed by the operator.
You do not need to be present during the shoot unless property access requires it. Our operators are experienced professionals who follow detailed shot lists and quality standards for every capture.
Post-Production and Editing
This is where the magic happens. Raw captures go through our professional editing pipeline, which includes HDR processing, color correction, lens distortion correction, sky enhancement when needed, and quality assurance review. Every deliverable is checked against our quality standards before release.
Standard turnaround times by deliverable type are as follows. Photography packages are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video packages require 48 hours for editing, color grading, and music licensing. Virtual tours are processed and hosted within 48 hours. Virtual staging, if ordered, adds 24 hours per room to the photography timeline.
Rush Delivery Option
For time-sensitive projects, our rush delivery add-on guarantees same-day turnaround for photography packages. Book your shoot for the morning, and receive edited, delivery-ready images by end of business the same day. Rush delivery is available for $99 and can be added during booking or requested after the shoot through your dashboard.

File Delivery
All deliverables are uploaded to a secure Dropbox folder created specifically for your job. You receive an email notification with a direct link to view and download your files.
